Deposit and Payment Policy
$50 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your photo session. A PayPal invoice will be sent and payment of the deposit by credit card can be made through PayPal or payment by check can be mailed to me at the address provided on the invoice.
Remaining balance will be due on or before the day of the photo session. A PayPal invoice will be sent and payment by credit card can be made through PayPal prior to the session or payment by check can be made at the photo session.
I do ask that all rescheduling requests are received 24 hours in advance in order for deposits and sessions fees to be transferred to a rescheduled session. Please contact me within 2 weeks to reschedule your appointment as failure to do so may also result in loss of deposit. Rescheduled appointment must take place within 3 months of original date. Rescheduling due to weather concerns will be determined by Aurora Shae, LLC. In these instances, there are no additional charges associated to the rescheduling.
Cancellations must be received one week prior to session to receive full refund. Cancellation requests received after that will result in loss of deposit.
